This project was my final major project of my final year of college. This was a self-directed project and I wanted to base this project around the Musicians from the 1970s-1980s. I started by researching a range of different bands and musicians, I researched their most popular/iconic and influencial textile trends and added them to the research pages. I created multiple mood boards till I managed to find what I wanted to create.

With all the research I gathered I decided on designing a music video for Prince's Raspberry Beret (1985). I designed one of the character's costume as well as the scenes of the video using the lyrics from the song to create a story from that.
